Our dedicated practitioners make Huggetts a truly wonderful place, where your child can flourish and be happy. They are highly qualified and possess a vast amount of knowledge and experience enabling Huggetts to reach very high standards. Together with a beautiful location and resources, you can rest assured your children can be left in very capable hands.
The nursery team continuously refresh their skills to ensure outstanding practice is demonstrated and we retain our quality practice. All of our practitioners are first aid/paediatric certified. Health and safety and food hygiene standards are all adhered to and followed.

Directors
A family run business, we aim to provide the highest standard of care for our children ensuring each child achieves their maximum potential. The vision, ethos and decisions all underpin the endeavour to provide outstanding care.
The founder’s role predominantly works in collaboration with the Nursery Manager and their team to deliver the best in early years and education. They provide hands on support ensuring that we provide a safe, secure environment where children can thrive and develop as individuals.
Nursery Manager
The Nursery Manager is skilled with immense experience in Early Years. The Manager is responsible for providing and maintaining a high standard of care ensuring the nursery runs efficiently and smoothly throughout the year. The Manager works closely with practitioners to provide a safe and secure environment where children can thrive and develop as individuals. The manager works closely with children and their families resulting in a partnership which is pertinent in providing happy, caring and stable environment for children.
Room Leader
The Room leader will lead, manage and mentor the staff within the room providing a high standard of supervision and guidance. They work in liaison with your Key person to provide the best learning experience for the children and are involved in planning activities and learning.
Nursery Nurse and Key Person
Each child is allocated a Key Person with whom a special relationship is formed helping your child feel safe and secure and promoting a positive relationship between nursery and home. They will be a dedicated point of contact for you and will make sure that our care is tailored to meet the individual needs and circumstances of your child and your family. The Key Person fully understands the development, learning and care needs of your child and will provide activities and quality learning experiences planned for them based on their individual needs.
Apprenticeships
Our apprentices work within our childcare team and mentored by our staff on all aspects of nursery life. They receive tailored training to support their journey in childcare.
