Our Goals· To offer to each child the opportunity to experience quality childcare and education in a safe environment · To offer a wide range of activities and experiences that provide a balanced curriculum · To ensure each child’s welfare, development and best interests and those of the family are of paramount importance · To consider and respect each child on an individual basis · To meet the needs of the children in our care as a shared responsibility with parents, carers and family · To recognise that feelings, views and/or wishes of parents/carers are of central importance to children’s welfare · To invite regular inspection by the regulatory body, Ofsted · To identify, promote and support relevant ongoing staff training · To fulfil the statutory requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage · To identify and implement learning experiences for each child according to his or her age and stage of development as identified by the Department of Education and Skills document: Early Years Foundation Stage 2007/2008 · To offer support and encouragement to families and children who may have an additional need
